Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free consultation
Your first consultation and assessment is free, with no obligation to book anything afterward.
Sessions and packages are non-refundable
Once a session or package has been paid for, it is non-refundable. If your plans change, we're happy to work with you on rescheduling instead — see below.
Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled session, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (407) 415-3150. Please give us as much advance notice as you can — the sooner we hear from you, the easier it is to find you a new time.
If we need to reschedule
On rare occasions we may need to reschedule or cancel a session — for example, due to illness or severe weather. If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time at no additional charge.
Group and corporate bookings
Half-day and full-day group sessions, and standing corporate arrangements, are scheduled individually. If you need to reschedule or cancel one of these, contact us directly to discuss the specifics.
